Good afternoon:
Not concerned about the $15.00. More about the increase from $215 to $300 for adding the additional property behind the Community Building. But whatever the group decides. But reinforce that it is not a contract with Chip/Deb but with either the Town Manager/Select Board input.
Thanks
Mary

Good morning -
My notes from last evening don have any reference to a solution/outcome for the change in the mowing invoice.
Bob stopped in with concerns as you might expect. I shared that we had a contract with a price quoted for each task. I also admitted that I owned the additional $15 for each "Town Hall" mowing since the space / area grew. I recall a brief discussion that the increased area would cause increase in the fee for this task.
I then brought up the Sports Complex and the frequency of mowing. He said he mows 2x per week during the heavy growing season. I acknowledged that, however, I have no knowledge of the increase in price for that task. Bob indicated he had spoken with Deb last season. I don't recall that I was included in that discussion - possibly - but I don't have any record of it.
So - we need a resolution. The total difference was $195. Nine visits to the Sports Complex consumes $135 of the $195. The remaining $0 covers the increased area of the Town Hall. This is a contract / policy matter and beyond my authority to manage.
What say you? I told Bob I would reach out to you. If you wish to - please let me know individually how you would like to proceed and I will do the math. I do thing this warrants a contract addendum to document the business going forward.
Thanks,
Dick
