Hello Roger,
We need to discuss personal property taxes for Bear Hill Property Holdings, LLC also known as Bear Hill Electric, owner Willis Dicentes at 714 Hollis Road.
Willis' recently called to pay his real estate taxes and I noticed his personal property taxes date back to FY 2023. In digging around, it appears he bought this property from DK Holdings owned by Shane Ward on 11/15/22. It also appears the account # that is assigned to Willis is from Viking Consulting and Caregiving. The account # is V0600P.
You may want to investigate this further as I feel at this time that some of those personal property taxes were assessed to other companies and therefor may need to be abated from Willis. This likely was during a change in assessing companies with the Town of Hollis. You may want to talk with John O'Donal for guidance and/or assistance with this matter.
Until this is done, it will make it very difficult for me to apply any tax payments that Willis may want to make because, by law, I must apply payment to oldest taxes first.
