Hi Mike –
WE will take care if it.
No idea why the Select Board would be involved - Call of the troops – consider it done.

Hi Mike,
I am wondering if you can assist with some questions. We have two projects that the PB is done with, and the residents would like their remaining funds back.
I am unclear on how to get approval to issue rebate checks.
Project 1- Moderation Hall. This was a conditional use permit that has been approved. The PB does not need anything else from the applicant. I confirmed with the CEO that he doesn't need anything else from the applicant.
Project 2- Proper Campsite- Micah Proper withdrew his application for a campsite. The only fees were for the Application fee and postage. Are we able to refund the remaining balance back to Micah?
Both residents have reached out asking about it. I was advised to check with the selectboard.
Thank you for your help!
