Good morning:

Most importantly, I am still concerned about the overages reflected on the following accounts;

0100- Administration

0400- Operations and Management

And the Snow Plowing Contract.

I know that the Carry Forwards have been done. But the $85,000 that we approved for salt, $20,000 for Administration, and all the items listed in the June 2025 letter do not appear to have been taken care of placing in accounts.

You may need to consider taking more money out of the $200,000 to cover the remaining weeks prior to 1 July.

I know that some individuals are concerned that I am never going to leave.

Need to know who is going to take over the following responsibilities.

a. Supplements and abatements- I have a current list for this year that I can forward. b. Update of tree growth list- have sent in 2024-2025 to the auditors. Have 11 letters still out that need to be followed. (1 is actually for 2027- so 10) 2 are concerning acreage (so 8) and I think 6 that are followed by Jeff Williams. Many of which have said that they have had it done by him and we have no records or that he is currently working on them. c. Farmland- we have 6 properties that need to be followed and reviewed to see if that still applies. 2024-2025 record sent to auditors. d. Open Space-2024-2025 records sent to auditors but need to update with changes from this year. A total review of the files is probably needed. e. Executive session with Dave Silk, probably John O'Donnell, Select Board and Town Manager to discuss both Brookfield revaluations and Primo (Blue Triton and Poland Spring) revaluations.

The correspondence that I have received has been marked confidential- do not forward. Who do you want me to provide a paper copy and follow up responsibility.

f. Completion of the roads that need to be discontinued- Roger had started on the project but there are still several that need to be reviewed and agreements made for turning around of plows and trash collector trucks. Stuarts Lane, Whittens, and Clara Dunn- Decker Circle come to mind but check with Rob. g. Completion of the clean up of DelTorre's property- Duane can give you an update and what are you going to do with the Plummers Junkyard. h. Completion of gutters, windows, pond, landscaping- I will leave in your capable hands. Includes Ethel Atkinson's bench request (207) 318-5018). i. I have sent a response to Eric Crouse with some additional questions and told him to correspond to Roger Hicks. Files are on the top cabinet in a file box. j. Other than that I have nothing. k. Let me know who to update and review where files, etc. are located.
