This could / should have gone to all - it is time management and not policy. I appreciate Dan's effort regardless.

I was chatting with Tommy W - Nice talk.

So I have asked Bennet to move the start for 7/1

I'll get a few numbers together. (when someone grumps about the desk in the room - they might come in handy if we have law enforcement visitors someday) regarding a door, TV, conference table etc.

I think the Board has to grant (majority) on the vacation stuff.

I did already tell those who want to attend the Celebration to do so. All who are going are very appreciative.

Onward - Sorry for not seeing the email reply. I am off to call Ron Smith and get the financial stuff moving

Good afternoon Bennet & Dick,

Chip mentioned to me few weeks ago he was waiting on the army band to confirm playing here on July 1, I looking at the bands facebook page this afternoon and its an event, so i guess confirmed.

This starts at 5:30 at the sports complex.

I am wondering if we want to consider pushing the SB meeting to 7 so we don't have competing events? Also i think this got rained out before and they don't do makeup dates, do we want to extend an invitation for the town hall to be the fall back venue if it rains?

I am good with both, can you please poll everyone else?

& put it on the towns calendar?
