Jim, also the other Ordinance violations need to be address while you are working with the bard demo. The boats that are cluttering up the yard that have holes in them which I sent you a NOV about before. Summer time is a great time to get rid of these.

Dear Mary Hoffman, Roger Hicks, and Select Board, Code Enforcement Officer Dwayne Hanson, CEO Admin Tammy,
I am writing to provide another update on the barn dismantling project.
I have removed some of the South (Front) exterior wall framing and sheathing around the old overhead door rough opening.(please see attached photos below).
The electrical service entrance cable/anchor eye has been relocated from a wall stud of the gable, to a new post (to meet the required height) at the West existing shed exterior wall.
I have begun removing the sheathing boards from the West roof (which are generally in good re-usable condition), and store them for reuse, possibly on a new 8x12 Shed behind (to the North of) the removed barn footprint.
Among the next steps are to dismantle the...
* rest of the West roof sheathing boards, * roof rafters * front and rear gables * second floor boards & floor structure * first floor walls, except for a section that may be adapted to serve as the West exterior wall for the existing shed, and to help brace the new electric service post. * the first floor boards, sills and floor joists
Again, I plan to send you another update in about a month.
Sincerely,
Jim Della Torre
