This application was tabled after discussion at the July 2, 2026, meeting. 19. Alexander Fox, Permit #15-593 – Seeking an amendment to a permit to construct expansions to an existing single-family residence, to regrade, and to construct retaining walls no closer than 220 feet from the normal high water line of the Little Ossipee Flowage (Lake Arrowhead) at 42 Ridgeway Circle (Map 43, Lot 854) in Waterboro. a. The Rules Committee has recommended that this permit be merged with Permit #15-564. If merged, any approved amendments to the combined project would be made to Permit #15-564. 20. Risbara Bros. This allows municipal officials, planning board members, and abutters an opportunity to review the applications before the Commission takes action. We recently received applications from the following for development within the corridor: 1. George & Natalie Walsh, Permit #17-171 — Seeking a partly after-the-fact amendment to include additional features associated with a permitted project at 48 Salmon Falls Road (Map 2, Lot 107A) in Hollis. Full copies of these applications are available via the links above. Please keep this on file at your office for 60 days. A hard copy of the full applications can be sent via mail if desired. The applications will be heard at the Commission Meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22 nd , 2026, at the Porter Town Hall at 71 Main Street in Porter, Maine.
