Good morning –
PLEASE REPLY one-one to these two questions:
1. Faith has been carrying the load (and it has been heavy for most of each day) and doing it alone. I would like to give her a small stipend weekly until we hire someone -With no deputy topay, our budget can handle the load. I suggest an additional $5 / hour or a flat $150 per week that she works alone. Your thoughts and reply?
2. Especially since Faith is handling the desk each day alone, I would like to shut/lock the doors 10 to 15 minutes before office hours/closing time to allow the line of folks to be served without the worry of more added to the line thus forcing the cash-up/out to make her (and another for safety sake)here till 4:30 – 5:00 most days. Frankly we should discuss this in more detail going forward. This is my old banking days showing – The bank closes the doors at 3:00 or 3:30 but employees cash out till 4:00.
Thanks much - Have a pleasant 4th
D
