Good afternoon. My name is Madeleine Kaptein and I'm a community reporter for the Portland Press Herald. I am writing about the Bar Mills decommissioning. There was a woman who spoke at the meeting last week and her first name was Rita, but I could not hear her last name in the video of the meeting. I am wondering if you know her full name? She apparently lives right by the river and spoke about issues with invasive species there.
