Good morning thanks for sending this, the only thing I have concerns about is the no pets unless service animals. that goes against policy 18 which allows for well behaved pets for a short period of time. Obviously we don't want it to turn into a kennel, but also don't want people who might need it not to come just because of that. Maybe change to say all pet owners must follow policy 18.
Also, give me a ring or text if you hear of anyone who needs a ride i definitely have things to do but should be available to break off from that most of the day. 207-632-0656
