Hi Bennett,

One change to the 7-1 minutes, page 4 almost in the middle, it was Mike who said he would pledge the $1000 toward the match not me.

on 7-15, I have trouble with 3 & 4, On 3: Somewhere in there after Mike gives his speech Rog says: "first of all we have to accept your resignation" then says some more things then eventually then "if this is the way you feel Mike Ill support your wishes and motion that you can resign as chair", then i quickly made the second. Then Mike called for vote, i was the first I, Mike was the second I, then there was this very awkward long delay before Danielle and Roger finally said yes (Jack never voted).

Then we voted Rog in, Then took a short break to change seats

Then Butch got up saying he was "disturbed by the actions of the board tonight", thanking Mike for his past time as chair, said he will support Roger as new chair but is still disappointed that they "sat there like a bump on the log and nobody said anything until almost forced. I just want that to go on record that you weren't very functional earlier on tonight."

Butch wasn't disappointed in Mike resigning he was disappointed in the board delaying the vote to accept it, i think that is what needs to be reflected by these minutes.

I know its close to press time so if you dont think there is time to edit and have everyone review by 6 i can raise these points tonight.
