Hollis Select Board Transparency Archive

Hi Crystal,

As a member of the Hollis Select Board, I'm requesting access to security camera footage from Town Hall for the following:

Date: July 1, 2026

1. Meeting room camera - approximately 8:55 PM to 9:15 PM (or until everyone had left the room) 2. Parking lot camera - approximately 8:55 PM to 9:30 PM (or until everyone had left the lot)

Please let me know if you can send it directly or if I need to submit a formal FOAA request. Also, how long does the camera system usually keep footage before it's deleted? Just want to make sure I follow up in time if needed.
