Hollis Select Board Transparency Archive

Good morning: Just wanted to reassure everyone that I am almost finished with my list of commitments. I finished going through safety files and am working on the grant files to give to Bennet. Lots of duplicates with the Community Resiliency Grants but Bennet will then have all the grants which need to be kept due to timing. Am still trying to resolve the issue with Hannaford charging us with another towns invoices. Down to $481 plus change. I could write a check but the principle that they were careless with their accounting. Ashley is working on getting access to their database. Ashley and I are going to close out the end of year reports next week. I am still working with the Comprehensive Planning Committee with a contract with SMPDC to finish the process. Any takers on taking over?? Dick is meeting with the committee next week at 1:30. Ashley and I are working on updating forms and getting a resource list together. I will remain her backup for any questions but she is doing an outstanding job with some very complicated cases. Plan on turning the computer and any keys that I have back a week from tomorrow.
