I know how to stop it.
Table any further discussion on this topic and have Debbie come to the next meeting and you and her have the conversation with Roger, In public, Where the questions are asked…
There’s no personnel issue here… This Should be public knowledge and if something is happening that is not above board, We call it out publicly.
This has been allowed to happen as long as it has because everyone’s being polite.

He allegedly chatted with Jack and Danielle - (meeting? Non-published?) who agreed. Debbie just shared that with me. She is not happy - understandably so. I am at a loss re: what to do. As you know I am target # 1 - so help me understand what steps to take. I am going to email Roger asking him to come in and explain (and listen) how this transpired. I realize I am the "bad guy" here - but the Board has, by law, no rights to the employees without going through me. Maybe Roger mumbled his plan - I did not hear such an action. And secondly - parking lot meeting are still meetings and need to be public - advertised and as a body - that includes all of you. This has got to stop. I responded saying all i know after the last meeting is the now 3 amigos don't want the trails, i didn't hear anything about the irrigation. If i remember correctly some of the planned upcoming irrigation work is tied to the pollinator garden the SB previously approved, there was talks at the June sports complex committee meeting about taking out an additional PO to expand it to other gardens using the 25-26 funds but never saw that come across my desk. Do you have any knowledge of this and/or reasons why i can get to pass on at the committee meeting on Thursday? Thanks Dan -- Dan Yarumian Town of Hollis Select Board [email protected]
