Hollis Select Board Transparency Archive

Hello Roger, Following up on the joint Select Board and Finance Committee meeting held in May, I have been working on the issues outlined at that meeting. According to the Finance Committee Ordinance (2019), the Committee is responsible for conducting quarterly reviews. Unfortunately, these review obligations can't be done with the information the Town is currently able to provide. I respectfully request that we schedule a second Finance Summit with the Select Board, Town Manager, and Finance Committee to address and find solutions to these problems. I propose a meeting date for Tuesday, August 18th, 6:00 pm at the Town Hall if that date works for all the parties involved. Thank you, Joe Ponzetti Finance Committee Chair
