I am not seeing any obvious games here, i believe the changes align with the migration to the new form or governing and payroll co, but im not saying its a perfect policy either. I all send out an email asking that changes in charge accounts could be tightened up a bit; as it is written now i question if the SP approving this document gives a broad SB authorization for anything?, or is SB authorization required for each contract?

and i also think this should go out for legal review before signing.
