Good morning Dick, I finally got a chance to look over your P22 redline, I think for the most part these are good changes to reflect the new form of government and outsourced payroll. I think Town Charge Accounts C changes need be tightened up a bit, as written i am not sure if this policy itself is giving that SB authorization to sign contract / open charge account or if that SB authorization is still required on a case by case basis. I am also wary of this going into effect without legal review.
